Spirit of the Andes - organico Malbec 2017 - Mendoza Uco Valley
A little bit of funk at first, which makes ways to nice fruit layers (dark cherry, raspberries), and a lovely floral note (violet). The palate is well designed, with a strong acid backbone, fruit notes all along (drak cherry), a typical grainy tannic wall and a long finish with dark cherries and a borderline overwhelmingly bitter note in the end. Fresh, good, bold and borderline bitter in the end.
