Light, fruit-forward. A little sediment after a year of cellaring, but still pretty nice.

Our last night in barossa- we have too much wine to fly home! Time to drink up! This is very light- fruit forward, would do well chilled like a rose.

What a gorgeous bouquet of floral cherries and spice. Fine tannins and the best thing a line of acid that is mild not tartaric if you know what I mean.
