The smoke for the 2020 Kelowna wildfires is evident in this orange wine. It has one of the most exciting flavour profiles, it’s probably my favourite wine of the last two years. Charred pine, smoked pork, but also floral and fruity. It’s like you can distinguish all the best and interesting wine flavours one after the other.
