Not much to say about this. Bought at auction (K&L). The packaging flatters to deceive. Nice structured nose of cherries and blackcurrants. On the palette, the wine lacks structure, density and comes off as one-dimensional. Really nothing to write home about...

A solid wine that's drinking wonderfully now. Classic Rutherford dust on the nose. Bright fruit with medium body. I think the main reason I enjoy this wine is the story behind it.

Picked this up on last bottle very cheaply. As a Rutherford Cabernet supposedly made by Jean Hoefliger, it should be good, but this was just very simple and disappointing. My other bottle will be used for cooking.

At opening, very smooth mouth feel but not much flavor. With air gains structure and interest. Very good. It needs time.
