This funky looking bottle is an organic red wine from South Australia. It is made from 80% Shiraz grapes from McLaren Vale and 20% Shiraz grapes from the Monash Valley. Being a #veganfriendly wine, I thought it was only right to match it with some 10-hour slow cooked red wine lamb 🍖 shanks with warm crusty bread on the side ;)

It’s a velvety magenta-red colour in the glass with notes of fresh blackcurrants, plums and black pepper spice coming through on the nose. In the mouth, it’s very fruit forward with a hint of smokiness and a wonderful vibrancy to it. Juicy, fresh and highly satisfying.
