My first 2020. Nose is peach, slate and mineral. Very elegant. Vanilla extract. A floaty nose. We all float down here. Palate is very mineral and crunchy. Not much fruit. A true mineral bomb. Lovely freshness and acidity. Very finessed wine. Lovely texture.

Jun 11th, 2021Mineral bomb here. Slate, minerals, some peach skin, almost no fruit. Very expressive. Palate is juicy with lovely energy and purity. Rich and textured with great opulence but also energy to burn. Lovely stuff.
