Holler Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Smells savory, really tannic and meaty. Lovely.

Clear Ruby/garnet. Intense notes of tobacco, green pepper, blackberry. On the palate, medium+ alcohol, high acidity, medium+ tannins, dark cherry, ripe blackberry.
Right as I opened it it showed vanilla notes but an hour of decanting moved it to more leathery notes.

Fantastic with a steak. Could age a couple more years but might turn into prune notes if kept too long.

Smoky and rich. Needs decanting for 2 hours min to open up.

14.5%. More chemical than fruit but no bad after taste. A decent cab.
