Pale straw in color; passionfruit, and white peach on the nose; high acidity; tastes like guava, lemongrass, and something sweet & green with a hint of bitterness that I think is gooseberry with a long finish. Still not my style, but much more complex than the last Sauvignon Blanc I tasted and much more pleasant to drink. I'm hoping it pairs well with gumbo. Nellie likes it.
