Nice green apple and fresh profile. But I don’t get much more than that. Very good char at method but hard to judge when you’re used to lees contact. Feels like a nice ne Italy sauv blanc like ronco delle mele but sparkling. That’s a compliment, but I just don’t have enough data to judge it
