Distiller apprenticed under Hubert Germain robin. All old wood, 80% unmalted wheat and 20% malted rye. Carmel, honey comb, rye salt and pepper coming through. Apr 3rd, 2015Clean, light and dry spice in the clove spectrum. Cinnamon and a faint barrel sweetness on a light palate. Not terribly complex, and a little short, but nice.
