Perhaps if I lived in Tuscany and sipped lots of these wines I could adapt to its characteristics but lacks the tension and acidity that I enjoy most.

Color of deep hay. Fuller body with more structure (you can taste the slow gentle press of grapes). Really enjoyed. So curious to see where this heads in 3-5 years, but so good now.
