2012 is excellent. Bordeaux style wine with chocolate and black cherry flavors and a smooth finish. Aged well!

Meh...expected more, etc. David Abreu Thorevilos & Madrona Ranch Vineyards grapes, Cliff Lede: Chris Tynan-Winemaker. Poor QPR IMO. Cheers 🍇🍷

Songbook comes from the David Abreu-farmed Madrona Ranch and Thorevilos vineyards. The 2011 vintage underwent extended maceration for four weeks and 18 months of elevage in new French oak. The wine is a blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc, and 9% Merlot. Only 253 cases were made.

Sourced from two sites farmed by notable viticulturist David Abreu, Thorevilos and Madrona Ranch, this wine is composed of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot. The wine underwent a full 24 months of Ă©levage in new French oak.
