Terra Mallorca Blanc de Merlot

My first wine from Mallorca and my first white merlot… this was served very cold, crisp, spritz of lemon, green apple, some phenolic bitterness on the short finish, would be just fine by the pool

Super fresh and vibrant laced with crisp fruit hint of berry in there as well and lovely pink hue to the colour. Quaffable with a slight sweetness
