Ruby and garnet red intertwined. Great baking spices on the nose especially the cinnamon and brown sugar. As it airs out it develops some darker fruits, mainly blackberries. Some leather undertones too. Great texture like a little roughness and silkier finish. Tight dark fruits with some savory elements. Could use some time to fully open up. Moderate tannins (6/10) and moderate plus body. Good structure and some redder fruits showing in the long finish. Drink till 2026.
