A beautuful deep salmon in color, this Willamette Valley Pinot Noir rosé has flavors aromas of strawberry and rose petals. Round and relatively full bodied pallate for a rosé it carrys a lively acidity, while finishing with touch of river rock and salinity as well. Worth noting it improved noticeably as it warmed and opened (~30 mins). Perfect pairing with fresh pesto pasta! [8/17/23] ($25)
