Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep purple, opaque med plus tear med staining. Nose is black fruits, slight parazine and spice from the oak,,, tannin is med alc is med plus!

Sojourn #Cabernet Sauv...nice... Deep blue/blackberry, cassis, earthy, a little mineral note, fresh herbs, tobacco leafy. Just opened, so let's see how it develops. 😊

For Dad's 85th birthday

Tasty and a dialled back style for Napa , could use slightly better oak integration, but lovely, looking forward to pairing with a rib-eye.

Great wine with stesks

Hints of vanilla, a smooth finish,

Good but we’ve had better. Mellow with age but still interesting. Some more aged notes when drinking but not too much. Could have opened earlier.

Nicely balanced dark berries and cocoa aroma. Supple smooth mouthfeel and bright blueberry and cassis on palate. Nice long finish.

So smooth. Vanilla notes, dry, not too tannic.

Perfect wine to ring in the new year. Cheers
