I think if they cut back their oak and ripeness they'd make a stellar Chardonnay. This had all the pieces in place but was just a bit too much.

Age served this well. Complex and well balanced. Mix between Napa Chard and White Burg. Lovely texture. Impressive.

Dec 21st, 2025In between my last two bottles. One was awesome the other was oxidized and way over the hill. This was definitely past prime and more Sauternes than Chard, but not terrible. Honey I’m color. I was probably 9-12 months too late drinking this. But still had a nice nuttiness and flavor to it.
