Well structured, full bodied Portuguese red. Clean easy finish and a nice red fruit presence that lingers on the pallette.

The cork was dry & had to be pushed in & the wine strained. Good thing I have my Grandma's old crystal decanter. Nice deep color, but too much acid. Disappointing for an $18 bottle recommended by an employee at Total Wine....Well I must admit, after 2 days in the decanter, it opened up into a much nicer wine. This wine definitely needs to breathe.
