Inky black color. Medium to full bodied. Bold, dark fruit, dried cherries and blackberry skins. A definite food wine . Some spice, with a lingering finish. Strong cheeses, salami, or pasta in a rich meat sauce.

plums, purple fruit, juniper, spice. bitter orange, dark but some freshness and a bitter finish. soft tannins, to be drunk young. even better the day after, orange, tobacco. very very surprising
