Smells a bit hammy and jammy. Streak of moss maybe too. Flavors are ripe and spiked with brandy. But hint herbal too. Horehound and liquor. This year is a bit too much alcohol. It was very obvious when this was next to lower alcohol Italian Barbera. This is alright on its own.
