This one was all over the place as it opened up. Started on the toasty, carmel side. Then went herbal foresty in the middle. Finished like teriyaki jerky and deep berry after 45 min. Was fun to go through. Smoked chicken and sausage held up to the chaos

Dark berries, roasted meat, olives, flowers. Bright acidity. A bit light on the mid palate, but speaks clearly of Syrah.
