On the palate, citrus, lemons, light vegetables, grapefruits, minerals, black pepper and spices.

Medium minus on the finish.

This is a simple Pinot Grigio from California. Easy drinking, well-balanced and not too bitter.

A good food wine and also good by itself as a sipping wine. Better when very chilled.

I paired it with a green salad with almonds, nuts and tangerines.
