Now all I need is six more bottles buried in a cave under the driveway for the next 10 more years.

This beauty needed but a few moments to mellow into subtle charmer. All the attributes you love from a Sonoma Coast Pinot. Had it with simple done pork chops and held up nicely. A true joy to drink.

Lovely Pinot Noir. Just the kind of quality wine we’ve come to expect from Smith Story.

Our New Release. 100% Destemmed then a cool & slow fermentation. 4 barrels made, 18 months in french oak, one new, 3 in older used Burgundy. Our first Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is a beauty.

Quite closed needs 24h to open up. Really well made! Yes CA fruit but stylistically made in the Burgundy tradition so low 13.5%. Spicy. Hint of cherry but mostly dark berries. Needs many more years too young in my opinion.
