Sep 2nd, 2022Finally not sick so I decided to enjoy a glass using the Coravin. Too soon for this one, but this has the makings to be really good in 3 to 5 years. Will wait to open another. Nicely balanced. Big Napa Cab. Grippy tannins. Lengthy finish. Nice glass.
