With 1 day of skin contact, the wine has a pleasant pink tone. The wine is slightly reminiscent of Alsace, but with higher acidity. Very enjoyable wine.

Light and fresh, nice color and actually you can feel it in the taste a bit too...
But not a huge personality overall, quite transparent...
