I’m totally crushin’ on this rosé!! I recently came across Skigh Wines from the Margaret River on the Urban Wine Walk - what a find!! Margs local Skigh McManus and friends started up the wine label in 2016 and are doing some pretty funky stuff. Definitely one to watch out for guys!

Both Mr. Spittoon and myself loved this rosé except for the fact there wasn’t enough in the bottle for the 2 of us!

It’s a silvery pinky peach colour on the eye. Wonderfully delicate notes of strawberries 🍓, crunchy apples 🍎, lemon 🍋 zest and a hint of musk rise up from the glass. In the mouth it’s bloody delicious - the perfect balance of fruity flavour, crisp acidity and ecstasy (the happy type not the drug!).

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #sample #tcweekdaywine
