Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Paul Hobbs and the Dunphy family.. a work of art. Nice change of pace from fruit bombs in the napa valley, fine tannins go along with dark raspberry and cocoa undertones.. A touch of mint on the finish, which lingers seemingly forever.. At least 3-4 minutes. Very well constructed.

Beautiful tannins, firm structure, nicely done Cabernet. Lovely to drink.

Great balanced wine. Will definitely buy another box.

Not a bad weekday wine with good body and good after notes of fruit but a little lacking on oak and silky aftertaste and it gets a little too sweet at the end.
