Central Coast Un-Oaked Chardonnay

I like that it uses Sustainable Farming. The taste is light, flavorful and refreshing. My only issue is, it doesn't finish as good as it starts. Slightly bitter aftertaste.

Light, fruity, slightly sweet. Perfect chilled summer wine.

Citrus and mineral.

Even un-oaked this was still not that great. I just don’t care for California Chardonnay.

A good pairing for this afternoon' eggs Benedict brunch

No oak with partial malo. Although it retains is bright fruit and acid the malo seems to really stick out.
