Jul 31st, 2019Pale yellow white, excellent clarity. Honey, floral and funk notes in nose initially. Crisp, dry, citrus flavors, lime peel and lemon custard, some leesy creaminess, slight skin astringency and mineral finish, citrus aftertaste.
