Drinking at it’s apex now . No worries it’s not going anywhere for quite sometime.

Tried this one a couple of weeks ago at work like most of my wines. This one took me by surprise by how spicy it was when I first tried it. Thought it might be a Grenache at first till I was corrected. Huge wine like most SQNs with lots of black cherry, blackberry and tar. 95-100

A spicy, pepper mill infused hedonists delight. Weighty and dense and deep garnet in the glass. Notable asphalt or tar profile with kirsch, red fruit compote and smoke. In the SQN family I'd say this is the crazy fun uncle. It's on the teetering edge of over the top and inappropriate....but in the end it delivers the kind of good times that you appreciate more and more for their reliable simplicity.
