Pretty cool to try this. I had heard about it for some time but never saw a bottle. Cornucopia of pure, concentrated white-yellow-gold fruits, tea, ginger, and saffron (notes I usually associate with botrytis). Hay, woodsmoke, and cheddar. Good stuff, definitely with a long life in front of it. The drawback is it has very, very little acid. And it's really expensive.
