Vaillons Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay

Pale yellow/straw in color with a nose pear, green apple with some oak backing. Light to medium body with same pear, green apple & oak. Pretty good- great with lighter not highly spiced foods.

Pale yellow in color, nose of xxxxx. Light to medium body, more dry than expected, touch of citrus in the mouth with medium acidity. A very nice wine at a reasonable price point.

Yum! Great with fish.
