July 2022. Past prime. Slight taste of honey hint of oxidation. Was much better at 5-6 years.

February 2022. Hay color. Smooth, elegant, easy to finish but hint of sherry that blew off with air or disappeared with food. Enjoyed with sea bass in light cream sauce.
