Unique! Starts off a lot like manzanilla sherry but softened up into something beautiful.

Carta is primarily a distiller and they largely make fortified wine. From the 2017 barrel. Oxidative, this is the still wine. They fill barrels 3/4 and let Flor develop. Saw some people say to pair it with seafood, I sampled it for Scallops dish on a pairing menu and it was offensive.

Portovino import. A dessert wine. Not a dry white wine. This is a honey mead. Quality for sure. Just not for me.
