Very balanced. Not too fruity and not heavy at all. Like that it didn’t leave me salivating after each sip - very balanced acidity. Easy drinking by itself or paired with pork chops.

Cherry, cedar and cocoa nose. Cherry pie predominates on the palate with a bit too much sugar. It finishes well with sizzling acid.
