Spicy and clean on the nose with hints of cedar and mint. Black pepper, green bell pepper on the palate with a peet moss finish.

Cherry is the primary flavor, some blackcurrant and some tobacco in the background. The wine has an interesting contrast of being quite tannic yet muted flavors. The balance is off, which is disappointing and as a result, almost washes out the flavors that you so have. ( I'll note that I did use a new aerator this time and it is possible that it could have overdone it a bit leading to my criticism)
