Here we are again, 2 years later from the first time I rated it... subtle plum and black cherry, black coffee, leather, violets and pink peppercorns. Little to none of the pyrazines I noticed before. Pretty soft and integrated tannins. Enjoyable with New York strip, mushroom risotto and roast broccoli.

Balanced fruit attack. Full mid palate with seamless transition to first fruit then oak tannin.

Cinnamon attack, fine grained tannin. Lucious oak is robust at first and lingers. Juniper berry, thyme, Asian pear appears after 90 mins. After 2 hours in the decanter bright cherry gives way to goji berry, mid palate while showing good weight. Oak tannin finding its place while oak flavor continues to linger at lower intensity. Not bad for such a soft vintage at 7 years!

Deep Ruby color with aromas of black fruit, chocolate and spice. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, barrel aged for 24 months and another 15 months in the bottle before release. The attack on the palate was rich ripe berries and cherries, a hint of sweetness and the right touch of oak. The wine has nicely integrated tannins and medium plus length finish which should give way to let this wine age for the next decade, especially the 1.5 liter which can last longer that the standard 750ml bottle.
