Pretty transparent color straddling the line between red and purple, with dark cherry, brown sugar, and a touch of flowers, it isn’t terribly complex and has a little bitterness on the finish, but is surprisingly hard to stop drinking. With air it picks up more florality and some meatiness, the fruit fills in to buffer the bitterness and to add some dimension, and it becomes harder to stop drinking.
