Deep golden brown in color. Honey dominant on the nose with hints of peach and flowers. It has a smooth texture, medium body, medium acidity and is fermented dry with 13.5% alcohol finishing short. Clearly over the backside of its aging curve having suffered a slow oxidative death despite being bottled with a synthetic closure. More evidence that Torrontés doesn’t age very well.
