Sierra Nevada Brewing Company
Beer Camp Hoppy Lager
Peach skin, eraser, minerality, applesauce from a can, herbal leaves (oregano, maybe?). Admittedly, I am smelling these smells through the bottle alone. Rain and mountain river rocks. Heavier than a typical lager, but nice continuation of the mineral core from 'Chico's finest'.clear and clean 'empty note' that smacks of honeyed air. Good balance between heavy and ethereal light. First time I have had this lil guy. Good.

Feb 3rd, 2015The now Famous beer collaboration with Sierra Nevada and other great west coast breweries, one time only release, 10 different breweries in this Beer Camp series, get the 12 pack if you can, this one is with Ballast Point, it is excellent, if you are not into malty lagers, this will change your mind, it did mine, nice big hops, citrus and pine, and of course, sweet malts, Excellent
