Barrel Aged Narwhal Imperial Stout

Mellow beast

Wow is this easy to drink. Nose is typical chocolate, bitters, hint of spice. The palate is strikingly more complex. I get cocoa, herbs, hops. This tastes like an excellent 80% cocoa chocolate bar with just a hint of bourbon barrel. Not as much as barrel/bourbon as some. This is a sipping beer and improves with air and warmth. Part of the Ales for ALS west coast case. Will 100% buy again.

Cellared for two years. Truly incredible.
