A very nice Pinot, very typical for Siduri. Fruit on the nose without earthy notes. On the palate more of the same with firm tannins and tons of black cherry, raspberry, cola and chocolate. Lacking in earthy notes here as well. Acidity is about right on. Drank this bottle with grilled salmon in an oily marinade and this wine's acidity handled it perfectly. So consistent, so well priced for the quality are the reasons I keep going back to Siduri pinots.
