2004 Burgs vs CA Pinots. I’ve tried several different vintages of Siduri’s Sonatera vineyard and have loved them all. Surprisingly similar to the 2012 despite being 8 years older. Abv 14.8% but does not come across as hot.

A tasting of nine 2012 Sonoma Coast Pinots. Of course the Suduri ranked high in our lineup - I liked the nose and the earthy-ness (I haven’t come up with a better word than “meaty” for the Pinots I love, please help).

I'll tell you what. Pinot Noir from CA rarely makes me as happy as this bottle did, and especially for the $$ wtg #siduri

Perhaps the most interesting Pinot I have tasted in 2014. This one keeps coming, like a porn star.

Elegant, refined & feminine. Hint of cola. Balance. Excellent Sonoma Coast juice.

Nice and fruity, lacks depth and complexity but on a topical level it's satisfying. Good acidity, somewhat of a tacked-on feel though.

Nice balance. Maybe a hint of syrupy reduction.
