Wine Spec gives this a 93 and only 395 cases +-! I give it the same. Need to be served at a cool 60 degrees. Great nose good fruit up front with just a touch of heat that goes away with breathing . Also a great glass when reading new book" Daniel Silva "the Heist" I am midway thru the book. Ask me SUNDAY my thoughts! Bravo Charlie Beatty

SO GOOD!! Dark, rich fruit, sparkly and tart on the tongue, lovely earthiness. Dark and light at the same time. Truly delicious. From Smithsonian?

Oct 26th, 20192016 Rosella's Vineyard, Santa Lucia Highlands - excellent, dark full fruit, deep berries, great bouquet, balanced palate and spectacular finish. A mouthful with perfect tannins. Polished is a word I've seen used...this is a very fine and polished wine.
