13' with a touch more age is such a delicious treat. Golden apple / Apple danish character is there now, almond flake lemon biscuit aromas and almost this floor-board like thing. Feintly honeyed palate is lush and giving yet entirely circles around this creamy citrus core

Lovely late disgorged, methode traditionelle wine has so much to offer. Brioche, stewed apples and almonds - all delivered with a lush creamy mouth feel, and a soft yet vibrant mousse. Highly recommended

Chardonnay dominant sparkling. Preferred it by a long shot over the Pinot Noir based. Keeping it's juicy and crisp acid line from their chard and delivering an abundance of beautiful cooked apple, nougat and donut aromas.
