Sammion Semillon

Creamy and long
Not formal notes but it went down pretty easy

100 days on skin from semillon vines from valley floor. Textured and key lime pie but with acid and only 12.5 ABV

Slightly hazy as expected from natural wines. Tropical fruits of pineapple candy and banana. Saline, medium acidity, hoping for a longer finish.

I very love it. Very good with photoshop

So much fruit compared to 2015, prefer the savouriness but this is such an incredible rendition of sem, summer drinking, good times 🤘🏻☀️
