Truly a wine that has its own life...with a little warmth this is the second bottle that has decided when to be opened or I should say drunk...found this time nearly all the content and as delicious as usual...just disappointed that the wine doesn't want me to be in charge on when popping up the cork🤨
I guess this wine is kind of still fermenting when warmed up a bit.
Shame on me anyway and to the way I keep certain bottles...

It has character, length, freshness
It has a very Italian feeling
It reminds me of a Massa vecchia vermentino called Ariento or a Dettori bianco(again vermentino)
I will be trying to buy more
I would love to buy magnums, u need big formats at hand with this wine

Mar 26th, 2016Very good nose. Cumquat, has needed melon and light cider Apple notes. 18 minutes months ferment. Good acid, very forward. Excellent.
