Truly a wine that has its own life...with a little warmth this is the second bottle that has decided when to be opened or I should say drunk...found this time nearly all the content and as delicious as usual...just disappointed that the wine doesn't want me to be in charge on when popping up the cork🤨
I guess this wine is kind of still fermenting when warmed up a bit.

Shame on me anyway and to the way I keep certain bottles...

Searing minerality, crisp and fragrant
Only primary, but I reckon it is going to be one of my favorites

I really like this one
Very complex from A to Z
Made in ceramic eggs
It has character, length, freshness
It has a very Italian feeling
It reminds me of a Massa vecchia vermentino called Ariento or a Dettori bianco(again vermentino)
I will be trying to buy more
I would love to buy magnums, u need big formats at hand with this wine

Bit of a rubber tube note on the nose, some fruit trying to push through..

Robe jaune clair
Nez épicé rond et nature voir de type macération pelliculaire
Bouche ample généreuse très ronde sans impression de terroir
Manque de longueur et surtout de typicite
Un riesling surprenant fait pour perdre les dégustateurs

Really enjoyed this, don't usually like Aussie wine.

Very good nose. Cumquat, has needed melon and light cider Apple notes. 18 minutes months ferment. Good acid, very forward. Excellent.

Beautiful Riesling - sweet, unique, filtered but not completely - light sugar residue . Highly recommended for an everyday drink
