A nice, low cost sake most likely used as the house sake for many sushi restaurants. Is great heated, at room temperature or chilled. Is sweet and fruity.

For the price, this sake is absolutely astonishing. There is ZERO added flavor to this sake. It's just rice, water, yeast, and koji. No flowery tones, no fruit, nothing and it's absolutely delightful. Great cold and warm. Winner!
