I’ve only had limited Washington Cabs and glad I could try this one. Some dark cherry and berry on nose and palate with mild earthy tones. Medium tannins that I thought were smooth for such a young Cab.

Intense alcohol very bitter. Decanted and aerated. Still sucked. 2015 vintage. Day two tastes like corked wine. Simply awful. $30 I will never get back.

Another fantastic Sheridan bottle from Washington !! I still prefer the mystique, but this is definitely some delicious juice! It's fairly elegant in taste and has a beautiful showing of plum, blackberry, cassis, and spice.
