Founded in 1996 with 76 acres in Yakima Valley. 100% Cab Sauv aged in 100% new French oak. Dark Ruby with aromas of dark fruits, oak, spice and some flinty notes. On the palate blackberry, currants and blueberry flavors with toasty notes and bits of cacao. Firm tannins, nicely balanced with generous acidity, long finish ending with a dark fruit mineral character. Nice! Will age, tasting well now!

Epic. So smooth. Not velvet but silk.

Succulent and bright-In the glass colors of garnet with a burnt orange rim. Firm nose of mountain cedar, cordial cherries and heavy minerals with oak barrel rounding out the sniff. Compelling nose that invites. Lush mouthfeel for a full pressed wine framed masterfully by exotic sweet South American tobacco, briar, and expresso. Drying finish that shows power and grace. In its prime now. Very complex wine.

Never tried before but told I would like the 100% cab - it is a WA cab - really good / decanted for 2 hours / deep purple fruit / nose is tricky as it it is very complex - will get better as it ages but really good now - also enjoying with a juicy rib eye and family

This is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the vineyard planted in11996 aged in 100% new French oak dark berry fruit with a host of dark spices fresh earth and mocha with sweet tobacco spice and some fresh earth very complex bouquet. Big and chewy with a lot of tannins and lots of everything else tobacco spice and dry tannins needs time but has lots of everything. Most excellent

Full bodied wine with moderate tannins.
Fruit forward with blueberries, mocha and dark cherries. Flavor is enhanced with food. Very good with a charcuterie board. Would also be good with red meat and savory sauces

Deep purple color. Perfume floral aromas. Loads of black fruit with leather, tobacco, and eucalyptus. Decanted for 90 minutes and definitely still needs it, not a pnp yet. This is just entering its drinking window, no rush.
